Yui is at the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, University of Tokyo. His research focuses on Bayesian inference for X-ray and neutron scattering. He previously worked on ML research and development at a Japanese startup. JST BOOST NAIS fellow.

Ryota Moriguchi

Ryota received his Ph.D. (Science) from the Graduate School of Science, University of Tokyo, where he researched Bayesian inference in Mössbauer spectroscopy. He previously worked on ML research and development at a Japanese startup and holds patents on systems he co-developed. MITOU 2023 Super Creator.

Tomohiro is at the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, University of Tokyo. His research focuses on data analytics with applied mathematics — optimization and Bayesian inference. He previously worked on materials informatics research and development at Preferred Networks and other companies.

Keisuke received his Ph.D. (Science) from the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, University of Tokyo, where he analyzed neural activity in the monkey visual cortex using machine learning. He currently works on data analytics, ML system development, and the software products that deliver them to customers. Hiroshima Carp fan.

Shunsuke is at the Graduate School of Science, University of Tokyo. His research uses Bayesian inference for chemical composition identification in XAFS. Enjoys iekei ramen in his off hours — his favorite shop is Miyasato-ya.

Rintaro is at the Department of Computational Biology and Medical Sciences, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, University of Tokyo. His research focuses on retrosynthetic analysis of small molecules with machine learning. Enjoys driving in his free time and loves the mountain roads of Hakone. Favorite car: the Honda S660.

Masato Okada

岡田 真人

Professor at the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, University of Tokyo. Ph.D. (Science). His career spans Mitsubishi Electric, Osaka University (Research Associate), JST Researcher, and Deputy Team Leader at RIKEN BSI before his current position (since 2004). Research in condensed matter physics and neural network models.
