2. Personal Information Collected
When a user registers to use our services, we collect personally identifiable information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, and credit card number. When a user submits an inquiry through our contact form or posts a comment, we collect the user's name, phone number, and email address.
3. Purpose of Use
We use the personal information collected from users within the scope of the following purposes:
- To inform users by email about new features, updates, and campaigns for services they use
- To contact users as necessary, such as for service maintenance
- To respond to comments and inquiries from users
- To identify users who have violated our terms of service or otherwise used our services for unlawful or improper purposes, and to decline further use by such users
- To bill users subscribed to paid plans

6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Except in the following cases, we will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent:
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect human life, body, or property, and obtaining the user's consent is difficult
- When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and obtaining the user's consent is difficult
- When cooperation with a national agency, local government, or their delegate is needed to execute duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the user's consent may hinder such execution
- When the following matters have been notified or publicly announced to the individual in advance and the Company has notified the Personal Information Protection Commission:
